Sarge is a 15-year active duty member of the United States Air Force, currently serving as an Intelligence Analyst. Throughout his career, Sarge has stood out not just for his technical expertise, but for his relentless commitment to leadership and innovation — even at the earliest stages of his service.

From earning early promotion and winning leadership awards to facilitating critical leadership conversations and contributing to Department of the Air Force–level projects, Sarge has consistently leaned into opportunities to improve the mission and elevate those around him.
